Youth Work Day

Madison Cares and Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven organized its first Youth Work Day, which enabled students younger than 16 to work on Madison Cares Build IV. A group of Madison students ages 14 and 15 turned out to spend a Saturday working in the warehouse at Habitat's headquarters in New Haven. They were also taken on a tour of previous Madison Cares builds around the city as well as got to visit Build IV, the house which will benefit from their hard work.
